The resort is located 2 km from the city center, 19 km from the historic center of Bodrum, and 58 km from Bodrum International Airport.

The hotel has a 200-meter sandy beach.

This hotel is the first and only hotel in Turkey with 18 fully accessible rooms. The entire facility has been certified by the Dutch and German Social Security Administrations for travelers with disabilities.

Major renovations were completed in the winter of 2015-2016.

- The lobby has been completely renovated with a new reception desk, back office, furniture, and

lighting.

- The main restaurant has been completely renovated with new marble floors, an open buffet,

furniture and systems, tables and chairs, acoustic ceilings, lighting, and open seating areas.

- The pool bar has been completely renovated with a new bar, a new stage, and furniture.

- All 183 guest rooms have been renovated with new furniture and lighting.

The hotel opened on May 1, 2004. It holds a 5-star tourism license certified by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

Approximately 165 employees work during the operating season.

Water and sewerage are connected to public facilities. Established in 2013, a reverse osmosis system was installed to purify seawater into potable water, with a daily capacity of 450 tons. This system reduces operational water consumption costs at the facility and preserves natural water resources.

The entire facility is equipped with a central air conditioning system. In 2008 and 2009, all cooling systems were upgraded with environmentally friendly and energy-efficient Italian Robur systems, which run on natural gas and can supply hot water during cooling. The system is active 24 hours a day. Air conditioning is available throughout the hotel.

Hot water is supplied by high-efficiency solar collectors made in Germany, which utilize hot water discharged from the Robur systems. The hot water heating system operates entirely on solar energy. Therefore, the majority of the internal energy needs are met by renewable energy sources.

The resort is built on five separate plots. The total development area is 35,771 sq m, including 23,846 sq m of covered and 11,925 sq m of semi-covered areas.
