PROCEDURE FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL ESTATE foreign individuals in Turkey
procedure of registration of the immovable property to foreign individuals and legal entities in Turkey is very simple and the most legally protected!

According to the law numbered TR 1751 which came into force on 10.08.2013, re-registration of property does not require the submission of documents and receiving permission from the War Department in g.Izmir if permission has already been obtained in the period up to 05.05.2011, at one and the the cadastral area (it can be any residential or commercial building, apartment complex, etc.). In this case, the renewal of a certificate of ownership period is reduced to 1 business day!
